The drying ovens/rooms can handle large or small batches. Moisture tests are taken during drying to ensure the product is properly dried before placing in storage.

There is a variety of milling equipment, granulators and hammer mills, with a selection of removable screens. Specialized grinding mills can be used to produce fine powders.

Vibratory screens can be used to separate the particle sizes so the product can be delivered to your specifications.

The raw material can be packaged according to your wishes. It can be placed in bags of various sizes, mini bulk bags, or the large bulk bags. Product is placed on pallets for ease of handling.

Coulee Pickings Ltd. continues to work with companies to develop new products. We will grow or wildcraft small amounts of a specific plant so it may be analyzed by your laboratories. It will be processed with our primary processing equipment according to your specifications. In this cooperative development process we are keenly interested, and we look forward to hearing from your research personnel.

Our current research is concentrating on the economic evaluation of growing herbs using hydroponics. It is our belief that a controlled environment, commercial or organic, will produce a high grade end product. Four herbs are under test.
